We offer three grades: Hulled (for tahini, hummus, halva, and premium bakery — the hull is removed for a clean white seed), Natural White Sortex-Cleaned (for oil extraction, bakery toppings, and confectionery — hull intact, high oil content), and Black Sesame (for East Asian confectionery, health foods, and specialty bakery). Each grade comes with a spec sheet and sample availability.
