These terms govern the relationship between RPM Global Exports ("RPM", "we", "us") and buyers, importers, or other parties ("you") who engage with us through this website, email, or WhatsApp. By submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Nature of Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our website, email, or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding order or contract. It is an invitation to trade — we will review your requirement and respond with relevant information, pricing, or a quotation.
No obligation arises on either side until a formal Purchase Order (PO) is issued by you and accepted in writing by RPM Global Exports.
2. Quotations
All quotations issued by RPM Global Exports are:
- Based on live Unjha APMC market rates at the time of quotation
- Valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 24–72 hours) due to commodity price fluctuations
- Subject to reconfirmation at PO stage — if market conditions have changed materially between the quotation date and PO acceptance, we will notify you and provide an updated figure before proceeding
- Based on the specifications stated in the quotation (purity, grade, packaging, Incoterms, destination port) — changing any parameter may alter the price
A quotation is not a binding commitment to supply at the quoted price beyond its stated validity window.
3. Minimum Order Quantities
- Standard MOQ: 1 metric ton (MT) for ongoing wholesale/bulk pricing
- Full container load (FCL) quantities are quoted at separately negotiated rates
We may accept quantities below these thresholds at our discretion. If your requirement is below the standard MOQ, contact us directly to discuss.
Trial Orders
RPM Global Exports offers a 500 kg minimum trial order for first-time buyers, applicable to conventional (non-sterilized) psyllium husk powder or whole husk grades only. Steam-sterilized psyllium husk is available at 500 kg trial quantities through qualified processors, at a premium versus standard 2 MT+ processing rates due to industry-wide minimum batch requirements. Contact us for current sterilized-grade trial pricing. This trial policy applies to first-time buyers only; repeat/existing buyers follow standard MOQ terms.
4. Samples
Sample requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Where a sample is provided:
- It will be accompanied by a third-party Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from a NABL-accredited or internationally recognised laboratory
- The sample represents the available stock grade and packing at the time of dispatch — it is not a guarantee that all future shipments will be identical, though we aim for batch consistency
- Sample costs and shipping charges may apply depending on destination and quantity
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed case-by-case and stated explicitly in the Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract. We do not publish fixed payment terms on this website as they depend on the buyer's history, order value, and destination country.
Common structures include advance payment (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C), but these are not default terms — they are negotiated per transaction.
6. Specifications and Quality
All shipments are made against the specifications stated in the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract (purity %, swelling index, moisture, mesh size, packaging). If the shipped material does not meet the agreed specification, you should:
- Notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the shipment
- Provide a third-party CoA from an accredited lab confirming the deviation
We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Remedies may include replacement, credit, or price adjustment — to be agreed case-by-case.
Claims based solely on in-house buyer testing without independent lab verification will not be accepted as the basis for a quality dispute.
7. Shipping and Risk
Incoterms applicable to each shipment are stated in the Proforma Invoice. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Under FOB terms, risk transfers to the buyer when goods pass the ship's rail at the named port of loading
- Under CIF/CFR terms, we arrange freight and (under CIF) insurance, but risk transfers at the same point
We are not responsible for delays caused by port congestion, shipping line scheduling, customs holds at destination, or events outside our control after the goods have been handed to the carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- RPM Global Exports' total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific shipment to which the claim relates
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational damage
- We are not liable for losses arising from buyer misuse, reformulation, labelling errors, or regulatory non-compliance in the destination country
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating formal proceedings. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
